Community Guidelines

1. Core Standard

Every interaction must be between consenting adults and remain respectful, private, online-only, and within each person's stated boundaries.

2. Required Conduct

• Use only truthful adult age and verification information.
• Respect “no,” “stop,” disconnection, silence, blocking, and boundary changes.
• Use aliases without impersonating real people.
• Keep identifying details private and warn others if they reveal sensitive information.
• Report suspected minors, coercion, trafficking, threats, or non-consensual content immediately.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Any sexual content or interaction involving a minor or person presented as a minor.
• Harassment, hate, humiliation, threats, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, or extortion.
• Coercion, intoxication-based exploitation, manipulation, or ignoring withdrawn consent.
• Recording, screenshotting, rebroadcasting, or sharing another user's session without permission.
• In-person meetup arrangements, precise location exchanges for sexual purposes, or off-platform pressure.
• Prostitution, escorting, trafficking, paid sexual services, or financial sexual exploitation.
• Scams, spam, phishing, malware, stolen content, impersonation, or fraudulent verification.
• Attempts to bypass blur, age checks, safety controls, bans, or moderation.

4. Profiles and Content

Profiles must not include legal names, addresses, phone numbers, workplace details, license plates, financial information, children, or content belonging to someone else. Blur does not make prohibited content acceptable.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, feature limits, session termination, verification requests, suspension, permanent bans, evidence preservation, and reports to appropriate authorities. Severe safety violations may lead to immediate permanent action.

6. Reporting

Use in-app report and block tools when available. Until then, email blurredencounters69@gmail.com with the alias, date, approximate time, description, and any lawful evidence. Do not redistribute intimate content while reporting it.
