Users may submit only content they own or have permission to use. Repeat copyright infringement, stolen profiles, unauthorized reposting, and removal of ownership marks are prohibited.

3. Takedown Notice

A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a written notice to blurredencounters69@gmail.com. A complete notice should include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work or representative list.
3. Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
4. Contact information for the complaining party.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized.

4. Response to Notices

Blurred Encounters may remove or disable access to material, notify the affected user, request missing information, preserve records, and terminate repeat infringers. A notice may be forwarded to the user who posted the material.

5. Counter-Notice

A user who believes material was removed by mistake may email a counter-notice to blurredencounters69@gmail.com containing:

1. The user's physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its former location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
4. The user's name, address, and telephone number.
5. Consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law.

6. Restoration

Material may be restored after a valid counter-notice and the legally applicable waiting period unless the original claimant provides notice of a filed court action. Restoration is not guaranteed when the content separately violates another policy.

7. Repeat Infringers

Accounts associated with repeated or serious copyright infringement may be terminated in appropriate circumstances. Attempts to evade termination are prohibited.

8. Designated Agent Information
