Moderation Policy

1. Purpose

Moderation protects adult users, consent, privacy, platform integrity, and legal compliance while allowing lawful fantasy-based expression.

2. Report Intake

Reports may come from users, moderators, automated safety systems, providers, legal requests, or public authorities. Reporters should provide the alias, time, room, description, and lawful evidence without redistributing intimate material.

3. Priority Categories

1. Suspected minor, grooming, exploitation, trafficking, or immediate danger.
2. Credible threats, stalking, coercion, blackmail, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
3. Recording, doxxing, identity exposure, severe harassment, or ban evasion.
4. Fraud, scams, payment abuse, impersonation, spam, or ordinary policy violations.

4. Review Process

Moderators may review relevant profile data, reports, safety logs, session metadata, messages made available for review, verification status, and prior enforcement. Access should be limited to trained personnel with a legitimate need.

5. Possible Actions

• No action when evidence does not support a violation.
• Education, warning, content removal, or boundary reminder.
• Feature restrictions, forced session exit, or reverification.
• Temporary suspension or permanent ban.
• Device, payment, or account restrictions to prevent evasion.
• Evidence preservation and reports where legally required or necessary for safety.

6. Emergency and Illegal Content

Immediate restriction may occur without notice when a report involves a suspected minor, exploitation, credible violence, trafficking, extortion, or serious security threat. Moderators must not unnecessarily copy or redistribute illegal or intimate content.

7. Appeals

Users may request one review of an enforcement decision by emailing blurredencounters69@gmail.com with the account alias, decision date, and reason the decision may be incorrect. Appeals involving new threats or harassment are prohibited.

8. Transparency and Records

Moderation records should be retained only as necessary for safety, repeat-offender detection, disputes, audits, and legal obligations. Public transparency summaries may be published in aggregated form without identifying users.
