1. Information collected now

When you join the early-access waitlist, we may collect your preferred alias, email address, membership interest, main interest, optional safety or privacy feedback, and confirmation that you are at least 18 and agree to our policies.

Basic technical information may also be processed by GitHub Pages, your browser, and the form-delivery provider, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs.

2. How we use waitlist information

• Send beta invitations, launch notices, and important service updates.
• Measure interest in possible membership plans and features.
• Improve privacy, consent, moderation, and safety planning.
• Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
• Respond to questions, privacy requests, and safety reports.

We do not sell waitlist information for money.

3. Form delivery provider

The waitlist and report forms are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to the Blurred Encounters business email. The provider may temporarily process and retain submissions under its own service terms. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification, exact home addresses, or unnecessary intimate details.

4. Email and marketing choices

Joining the waitlist allows us to contact you about beta access and launch-related news. You may opt out at any time by replying with “unsubscribe” or emailing blurredencounters69@gmail.com.

5. Retention and deletion

Waitlist information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for launch planning, communications, safety, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request removal by emailing us. Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or law.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to submitted information. No website, email system, or third-party provider can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information through the waitlist or report forms.

7. Adults only

Blurred Encounters is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite or collect information from minors. Suspected child exploitation should be reported through the Report Abuse page and to the appropriate authorities.

8. Future app features

Before accounts, payments, messaging, voice, video, age-verification vendors, analytics, or advertising launch, this Policy must be updated to explain the exact data collected, providers used, retention periods, user choices, and security practices.

9. Your requests and contact

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information by emailing blurredencounters69@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you.
